We impose a 3% surcharge on the transaction amount for all credit card payments. This surcharge is not greater than our cost of accepting credit cards.
No surcharge is applied to payments made with debit cards or prepaid cards.
Medicare patients: Please do not pay your balance online. Instead, call our office directly to make your payment, as the surcharge does not apply to Medicare balances.
